Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our artisanal beans, shipping, and brewing the perfect cup.
How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date, and we ship within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive your coffee at its peak flavor profile.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, tailored to your specific brewing method.
Where does Heirloom Coffee Roasters source its beans?
We practice direct trade, sourcing our beans from sustainable family farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra. We prioritize organic practices and fair wages for all our farming partners.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the country. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. We also offer a subscription service that includes free shipping on all recurring monthly orders.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your roast, please contact our support team within 14 days, and we will help you find a blend that suits your palate.
Are your coffee bags recyclable or compostable?
Yes, our commitment to the environment extends to our packaging. Our bags are made from 100% compostable materials, including the degassing valve, so you can dispose of them in your green bin.
