At Heirloom Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days so we can make it right.

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your coffee or brewing gear.
Provide Documentation
For damaged items or quality concerns, please attach a photo of the product and the packaging to help us improve our roasting and shipping processes.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a replacement or a store credit refund.
Resolution
Once approved, we will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement bag or issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
