Afterglow decaf is a crown jewel in the Heirloom Lineup. The entire roasting process has been re-written for this coffee.
After numerous attempts and a whole lot of trial and error we finally found the right roasting technique to deliver a competition quality cup of decaf coffee.
The beans are Fair trade, organic, regeneratively farmed and ultra-premium Indonesian beans decaffeinated using a slow-water decaffeination process. We roast this coffee by utilizing culinary techniques to bring forward a nutty caramel flavor in an otherwise subtle coffee while preserving and amplifying its natural cocoa finish.
